1) Convegno realizzato in Italia il 19 Luglio 2017 per condividere, valorizzare e diffondere con un ampio pubblico le opere dell'ingegno realizzate:

-Training Course,

-Linee Guida.

In tale occasione sono stati divulgati i risultati del progetto ad un pubblico composto da donne, giovani,  adulti, imprenditori, organizzazioni datoriali e rappresentanti dei Comuni interessati alle politiche ed alle iniziative di istruzione e formazione professionale. Hanno presenziato all’evento l'intero staff, i volontari ,un partner, alcuni partecipanti del progetto ed è stato aperto alla cittadinanza.

Il convegno ha avuto inizio alle 9:30, si è proceduto con la registrazione dei partecipanti al termine del quale sono state introdotte alcune istituzioni presenti in sala. Durante la prima fase del convegno è stato introdotto il ruolo della donna Europea nella società odierna, sono stati presentati  dei grafici che descrivevano la situazione occupazionale della donna ai giorni d’oggi nel mondo del lavoro, ciò ha colto molto l’attenzione del pubblico che si è aperto alla seconda fase del convegno. 

Nella seconda fase è stato illustrato il progetto e sono stati descritti gli obiettivi dello stesso, al termine di questa fase, il partner spagnolo ha poi descritto l’esperienza internazionale del progetto ed i risultati raggiunti in Spagna, dove alcune donne, dopo aver frequentato il corso hanno deciso di lanciare un’attività da casa. Insieme al coordinatore italiano sono poi state delineate le difficoltà incontrate durante il corso, relative al basso livello di alfabetizzazione informatica da parte di alcune partecipanti. Problematica non di poco conto, tenuto in considerazione che per avviare un Home-based-business oggi giorno è indispensabile contare sull’aiuto della rete, i formatori però sono stati molto abili in questo processo, che si sono dimostrati efficienti nel risolvere tale criticità.  

Dopo una piccola pausa sono stati presentati dei video e dei ppt che descrivevano l’impatto del progetto sulle organizzazioni partner. Dopo questo excursus una donna imprenditrice del territorio è stata intervistata dal coordinatore del progetto. Ciò ha consentito al pubblico di toccare con mano le speranze, le difficoltà, i sacrifici e la gioia che vive una donna nel creare una propria attività da casa, che la libera da tutti i preconcetti legati ad una società non del tutto passata. Al termine dell’intervista sono stati descritti e distribuiti in sala due libri , contenenti le opere di ingegno create durante questi due anni di progetto, ossia il Training Course e le Linee Guida, è stato anche avvisato il pubblico sulla possibilità di reperire questi due manuali direttamente sul sito internet del progetto molto ben organizzato e costantemente aggiornato https://ka2prowomen.jimdo.com. È stata sottolineata in tale fase l'importanza di continuare nell'azione di sostegno all'occupazione, all'acquisizione delle competenze e della professionalità.

L’ultima parte del convegno è stata dedicata alle domande da parte del pubblico in sala che si è dimostrato particolarmente interessato all’argomento. Alla fine dell’incontro Giovani per l’Europa ha offerto un ricco buffet al pubblico presente. Il momento del ristoro è stato anche un momento di condivisione e di discussione, che ha permesso al pubblico un’interazione libera da formalità riguardante l’incontro in oggetto.  L’incontro si è concluso alle ore 16.00 dello stesso giorno.

On this occasion, the results of the project were disseminated to an audience made up of women, young people, adults, entrepreneurs, employers' organisations and representatives of municipalities interested in vocational education and training policies and initiatives. The entire staff, volunteers, a partner, some participants of the project attended the event and was open to citizenship.

The conference began at 9:30 a. m., the participants were registered at the end of which some institutions present in the meeting room were introduced. During the first phase of the conference, the role of European women in today's society was introduced, graphs were presented describing the employment situation of women in today's world of work, which has grasped a lot the attention of the public, which opened at the second phase of the conference. 

In the second phase, the project was illustrated and the objectives of the project were described, at the end of this phase, the Spanish partner described the international experience of the project and the results achieved in Spain, where some women, after attending the course, decided to launch an activity from home. The difficulties encountered during the course, relative to the low level of computer literacy by some participants, were then outlined together with the Italian coordinator. The problem is not insignificant, considering that in order to start a home-based business today it is essential to count on the help of the network, the trainers have been very skilled in this process, which have proved to be efficient in solving this criticality.  

After a short break, videos and ppts were presented describing the project's impact on partner organisations. After this excursus, a woman entrepreneur from the territory was interviewed by the project coordinator. This has allowed the public to touch with their hands the hopes, difficulties, sacrifices and joy that a woman lives in creating her own business from home, freeing her from all preconceptions linked to a society that has not completely passed away. At the end of the interview, two books were described and distributed in the hall, containing the original works created during these two years of the project, namely the Training Course and the Guidelines, and the public was also informed about the possibility of finding these two manuals directly on the very well organized and constantly updated website of the project https://ka2prowomen.jimdo.com. the importance of continuing to support employment, skills and professional development was stressed at this stage.

The last part of the conference was dedicated to questions from the audience in the hall, who were particularly interested in the topic. At the end of the  meeting Giovani per l'Europa, has offered a rich buffet to the audience present. The moment of refreshment was also a moment of sharing and discussion, which allowed the public an interaction free of formalities regarding the meeting in question.  The meeting ended at 4 p. m. on the same day.
